Hotel and resort policies

Reservation and Payment
  • All down payments are non-refundable but may be rebooked, subject to availability and prior notice.
  • The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in.
Check-In / Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 NN
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges which are Php500/hour.
Keys
  • Room keys must be returned upon check-out.
  • Lost or unreturned keys will be charged Php1,500.
Pets
  • Small pets are allowed with a fee of ₱500 per pet per night.
  • Pets must be leashed or carried in common areas and are not allowed in the pool.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.
Food and Beverages
  • Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the resort, except for cakes, fruits, baby food, and water.
  • Corkage fees may apply for any other outside food or beverages.
Facilities and Amenities
  • The beach and Pool are open from 6 AM – 10 PM only. Proper swimwear is required.
  • Visitors must register at the front desk before using facilities.
  • Noise must be kept at a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect other guests.
  • For everyone’s comfort and security, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM. After this time, additional charges will apply.
Safety and Security
  • The resort is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Guests are advised to use the provided safety deposit box.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Damage and Liability
  • Any loss or damage to resort property caused by guests or pets will be charged accordingly.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who fails to comply with these policies.
Cancellation Policy (Except Force Majeure Events)
  • 7 days or more before arrival:
    Full refund or full credit of the deposit.
  • 3–6 days before arrival:
    A 50% charge of the total booking will apply.
  • 2 days or less / same-day cancellation:
    100% charge of the booking (non-refundable).

All cancellations must be communicated through our official Facebook page, contact number, or email.

No-Show Policy (Except Force Majeure Events)
  • Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.
  • The total booking amount, including deposit, will be forfeited.
  • Rooms and cottages will be automatically released after the check-in time.
Rebooking / Change of Date (Except Force Majeure Events)
  • Rebooking is allowed once and is subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 3 days before arrival.
  • Rebooking 2 days or less before arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
Early Check-Out
  • No refunds will be issued for shortened stays or unused nights.
Force Majeure Clause

In the event of force majeure (such as typhoons, floods, natural calamities, government-imposed travel restrictions, power interruptions, or any circumstances beyond the guest’s or resort’s control), penalties, cancellation fees, and no-show charges will not apply.
